1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "444jili," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 444jili online casino platform accessible at 444jili.app.
• "Platform" means the 444jili website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services, games, and features made available to registered users.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors who browse without registering. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

4 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 444jili Platform, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• Each user is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested.
• You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
• You must not register using a false identity, an identity belonging to another person, or any fictitious information.
• 444jili reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
• You must notify 444jili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any breach of your Account security.
• 444jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified 444jili of a security breach in accordance with this clause.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 444jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• 444jili supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 444jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• 444jili does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 444jili bears no responsibility.
• 444jili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

444jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to your Account in a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• 444jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method – will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

All Games available on the 444jili Platform operate under the following principles:

• All Games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness and randomness.
• Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by 444jili, its employees, or any third party.
• The rules applicable to each Game are displayed within the Game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules before placing any wager.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 444jili's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444jili Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 444jili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of 444jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 444jili.
• The 444jili name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of 444jili. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 444jili's liability to you is limited as follows:

• 444jili provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• 444jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• 444jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• 444jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 444jili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Responsible Gaming

444jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complying with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The following tools and policies are in place to support player welfare:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time via the Account Settings page.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure session time reminders that will notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting 444jili support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Suspension & Termination

• You have failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• 444jili is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or any other competent authority.
• You have requested account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements and deductions for any amounts owed to 444jili.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 444jili through our customer support channel. 444jili will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures for licensed online gaming operators.

15 Amendments to These Terms

444jili reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 444jili will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amended Terms will take effect fourteen (14) days after notification, or immediately if required by PAGCOR or applicable law. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
